ILEX No. 4 ACME SYNCHRO Shutter with Lens Flange

Description

Auction is for an Ilex No. 4 ACME SYNCHRO Shutter with Retaining Ring.
Shutter is left over from a remount of a C.P, Goerz American Optical 14 inch DAGOR f:7.7 Optics in another Shutter, and the
adapter hardware for the front and rear elements has been left in the Shutter.
Most of the Shutter Speeds are accurate enough to require no compensation for slowness.  Please see Photo 4 for a
Shutter Speed Test.
I would describe this Shutter as being in Excellent Condition.

This is a vintage Shutter perhaps more than 60 years old, and as such is being
SOLD AS-IS
with no returns.
Any defects not mentioned but visible in the pictures will be considered as described.
