    Description

You will receive ten (10) IBM RISC System/6000 High Capacity (4M byte) Diagnostic Test Diskettes.  Your group of ten might all have the same label style, or it might be a mix of 2 or even all 3 label styles (effectively, they are all the same).
In addition to some RS/6000 models, other machines from IBM and other manufacturers used the 2.88MB 3.5-inch floppy drive in the late 1980s/early 1990s.  Some IBM Thinkpad models used them, and the IBM 6408 and 6412 printers used them to load their functional microcode.
When Iomega introduced the Zip Disk with a capacity of roughly 100MB in 1994, the 2.88MB floppy was effectively obsolete.  The LS-120 SuperDisk and CD-R media helped cement the demise of the 2.88MB floppy drive.
Are these 4M diskettes uncommon?  Yes, but they are not really "rare", a large number was produced and they can still be found if you search diligently.
